Provides general admin support to real estate professionals. This VA handles paperwork and file management, helping with tasks like preparing contracts, organising documents, and managing the transaction process.
Here’s how they support your business:
- Handle incoming calls and messages from clients and prospective clients, providing basic information or status updates and taking detailed messages for the lawyer.
- Respond to routine inquiries (e.g. “What is the status of my case?” or “How can I schedule a consult?”) with prepared answers or by checking the case management system.
- Keep clients informed by relaying updates from the lawyer (as directed) and ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout their legal process.
